Hello,

Cloud controller doesn't affect any data, it has it's own hdb, and server. and this is more than strange.
What is the customer name, so we could look at the logs, as we suspect someone might have reset from backup.

Also we do not support 8.2 so customer should update to 8.4 or wait the new soon coming 8.5 version of Standard erp.

This is first time hearing such case. As CN only job is to control serp server, keep it always running, initiate actions, done from mystandard.
