I have deleted them on startup. It took almost one hour 17:04:21-17:59:54 at a rate of ~167 records per second.
I can see in the 2023-07-23 version it's probably fixed.

When the issue occurs, should see if restarting presence or lookup helps. If so - that is the issue and should be sorted. First need to ensure that that is the issue...
