Client crash when opening activities from task manager

We have a user on 8.5 Windows client, who has several tasks created each day. Tne user opens each task from the task manager, checks it, marks it as done, closes it, then opens the next one. Quite regularly, doing this causes the client to crash with the following errors popping up:

EndWindow missing: ACTDCLASS

WindowWcdp r1==NIL for window ACTDCLASS

Sometimes it will let her go through several tasks before the crash, other times it will crash after each task. The activity window ActDClass has not been customised. Any ideas?

Hello,

which specific version of 8.5 the user is on to.
Can you repeat the bug on demo or your data?

If customer is on any test version, which is other than 2018-10-04, they should update to released one.

The customer is now on 8.5 2018-11-28 build 85250002. They are still frequently getting client crashes when working with activities, either with the above message or "too large or too small malloc". I will see if I can replicate this bug, although it may be tricky as it's not consistent.

We have now resolved this one, we found an older ActDClass window definition hiding in their HAL. Thanks.
