Why is server 8.5 (85330310) trying to upload the text backup to cloud storage?

I get this is the log file:
2020-01-05 12:43:35 /THREAD(15) ** Uploading backup ./Backup/TB.TXT to cloud storage **
2020-01-05 12:43:36 /THREAD(15) Error: Failed registering upload job

Hi,

It is a bug if it tries when you have Data Security plan 1.
Please report it, and you can send the subject of the bug here.
