can you explain the situation more?

Cloud node starts the server disregarding if it's reachable by Cloud controller or not. If cloud node(CN) is installed, than it's only CN which communicates to CC (cloud controller). So CN has to have UUID, not the server itself.


If CN is not working, that Standard ERP should be started old way, via command line, if Windows - service manager.
