Hi Paul,
there are two ways to download/restore a text backup of the database:
- From MyStandard>>List of Backups
or from Standard ERP:
- System >> Settings >> Remote Backups

Since this happend in a timed task and its a memory problem, system crash and there are not any messages in hansa.log
