This is very difficult to debug like this but there is few things that I would like to know:
- what is the difference between the test system and client's system?
- when did this start happening and did it work properly before? Have you made any modifications to the system that might cause such behaviour?
- have you tried comparing XML before and after "XML pretty print command" was used?
