well we have checked on customer's premises and it did not crash both in single user and client -server mode with the same files which caused the server in the cloud to crash. Cloud issue?
This is not the issue of upgrade SERP. But serverip.dat in this case contains the value: 192.168.88.12:1301, so this is local IP of the server with SERP.
