A customer is getting an error message pop-up occasionally when creating an email from the payment window that says "Can't find document: REM_ADVICE".
Hansa will then create an email without attaching a PDF.
This is the same message you get when the form template doesn't exist.
However, the forms set to payments and payment modes are all the same as sample, so this isn't the case.
There doesn't seem to be any pattern to when this occurs - please could someone look into this?
