Is this issue still outstanding? Generally, if Windows has been updated on a machine you cannot run older versions of the software and need to upgrade. We are now on 8.5 so I am assuming this is resolved?

You can mark it as closed as option. If document is connected with other documents you can not delete it so you will not be able to delete PO, as you will not be able to remove Goods receipt...
