It's related to Data Security Plans.
From that window you should be able to download your backups.
Even if, at the moment there is a bug in it (already reported).
So the mystandard have gotten a face lift.
So when the backup is triggered, thats the time when a "snapshot" is taken from the system and written down to the backup (.TXT file)...
