Dear colleagues,

We have been facing for the past year speed download limitations from MyStandard. To be exact - downloading various files from customers servers file manager function (i.e. hansa.hdb, DB backup).

How does this look like? - After creating an archive and choosing to download that archive, the download speed in rare cases is stable at particular download speed, more often it is jumping from aproximately 1-1,8mb/s to 0-30-300KB/s. These jumps are periodic - meaning - download speed is at highest point for ~4-8seconds and then drops to lovest value for ~5-10seconds at ~0-300KB/s and repeats.

Additionally we established that download speed has limitations and maximum download speed what we had managed to receive from tens of times of downloads was around 2-3mb/s.

Facing issues established in country of Lithuania. In other countries not monitored.

Questions:
1. Is download speed jumps normal to have while downloading files from MyStandard?
2. Is there any limitations of maximum download speed to achieve from MyStandard?
3. Can maximum download/upload speed be increased?
