Simone, unfortunately it is impossible to figure out how the error is triggered as it only occurs once in a couple of weeks on a server which is all the time used by more than 15 users.
It occurs only during the login of a user, after I restart user logs in normally without any error. The users are loggin on and off several times (what must be 100s times a day) and the issue occurs only rarely.
