I've had this a few times after version update, with auto updated client
solution - delete this client folder, and download the correct version and build installer from standardinstall.com and install new client and will work

Hi,
No changes should have been made that would increase client's HDB file. Please try to delete HANSA.HDB from client folder and reconnect to server and check if it will grow to 30MB again.
