Getting an enabler key for SERP behind a proxy

Our client has a proxy on its LAN at address :8080. What can we suggest the client to make SERP get the enabler key?
I suggested the following

on SERP server:
route add metric 1

and on the proxy server (freebsd) add a route for the via some interface (LAN card) , because there is no default gateway on the LAN.

Administrator says he had made a port forward to from 192.168.0.1:333 and the freebsd forwards to hansaworld.com:80

Administrator asks how to make SERP enabler key requests go to 192.168.0.1:333 instead of hansaworld.com:80 (probably hansaworld.com:443?)
