Hello. A report was created to calculate all open windows and their states on all clients. When this error pops up, only 5-10 windows are in an edit state on the customers' side.
Customer is using a lot of HAL customizations for the hotel and restaurant modules, but I don't know of any HAL functions that can lock a record without a window on the client side.
Perhaps there are some ways to lock records from HAL, and we have code with this issue?

For now error hapens once a day regullary. And server should be restarted.
