It is very random, no idea how to replicate with sample, unless have 10 users connected and doing ramdom things to wait until it crashes.
It crashed today with the same "exception on fd" in the server log.
I have tried to look in the Event Viewer, but there was no log item for this crash.

A random idea: could we get a build with MS Edge WebView disabled or ability to disable it in the parameters.txt?
