Picking list issue

I have a customer StandardERP 8.1 2016-03-31

On one particular client there are intermittent issues when running Picking Lists.


Sometimes the picking lists print fine. Other times it doesn't print anything or it can print and actually miss certain delivery records.


I have reinstalled StandardERP on the clients pc still the same.

Have tested it using other people's login on that pc and it works fine.

So could this be a problem with the person's record? I can't see how it can be though.

I have set up verbose logging on the client pc and every time printing fails we get a GetThreadRepCancel message in the client's hansa log
