This might be a bug, but to confirm that you would have to do more testing:
1. Is it repeatable with UK Sample data?
2. Is it Win only?
3. Is it client/server only or also repeatable in standalone version?
4. Is it repeatable in the latest version?

If all the answers are "Yes" then please report it as a bug through Issue Tracking.
