Hello,
it looks like just some actions while doing backup. The unexpected error might be bad (in some cases), at the same time this might not mean anything. It can cause cases where you can't connect to the server in such case, but not in all cases. So you should look more in this customers logs.

So the mystandard have gotten a face lift. So when the backup is triggered, thats the time when a "snapshot" is taken from the system and written down to the backup (.TXT file)...
