this error was occurring in different scenarios and we fixed most of them in the latest version.
Please provide the exact steps on how to repeat it, so we can check if a fix it's still needed.
If you have the backup path as Backup/ then this won't happen, but that means your backups will go into the backup folder on the StandardERPServer folder ...
