Just noticed that this happens after adding a --verbosity=debug-detailed to the parameters.txt.
Application (8.5 2021-01-13 (build 85350477) in single user mode) is not starting up, it is writing to the hansa.log.
After removing --verbosity=debug-detailed from parameters.txt, application starts normally.
