Do you have halcust/halpatch?
if you have it seems that there some changes in those specific hals (VarietyToolsCommon.hal, StockTools.hal, etc) between your previous version and version 8.4 190407. I recommend to compare the functions mentioned in the log in both version, there might be a change of arguments.
