I can get my custom register on CentOS Linux 7.5.1804 and on Windows 10. Just tested with version 8.5 2019-03-22 (build 85290119).
I am using normal OAuth 2.0 authentication, not curl on the command line.
This is a forum entry for anyone receiving the error message "The code execution cannot proceed because VCRUNTIME140.dll was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix this problem".
