Why do I get message "Unlicensed hal primitived used" in latest 8.3

I have found it in 2017-08-31 version.

Have found that having level0 code where


-UnpackFieldMatrix
-PackRowFieldMatrix


and similar procedures/functions are used gives this message.

To solve the problem you have to comment out all of these to get rid of the message.
