Our customers are not using "Real Time Interfacing", I will discuss with our programmer if some of theses functions are being used but as for the functionality of "Real Time Interfacing" we are not currently using it.

Also, when/where did Hansa notified customers about this? This is always same thing, lack of informationa and lack of communications.


We, as partners, cannot be all time guessing what changes you as company made internally without notice.
