I got
call stack entry: swedish/Haswem.hal: (no function )
call stack entry: alocalizations/Tools/WindowTagTools.hal: SETPRODUCTTAGS
during start up of 8.4 180116 with empty database. No halcust
I have reported it as a crash bug
