Upgrading through Mystandard

I have tried to update today through mystandard, but after clicking Update Version (Release Version: 8.3 2017-03-27) and clicking update again, nothing happens. We had a client with this issue previously that only worked when selecting blocking update, but now that option is gone.

Also the Create Backup option does not seem to do anything either (no messages in log file or backups created)

What might this issue be?

Our configuration is:
-Self hosted server running on CentOS 7 with cloud node installed
-Current Hansa version 8.3 2018-01-25

Hello,

first thing to check if the server is accessible via Mystandard, and check whether you can access files via file manager.

Otherwise just select your server, and click update selecting the released version.

If it fails, try the other day, as sometimes main server is too busy.

Best regards,
