I would like to know the correct process to restore a remote backup which has been archived as part of the Data Security Plan (level 2 upwards), if for example a physical server goes down and a new server has to be provisioned. Thanks.

Hi Paul,
there are two ways to download/restore a text backup of the database:
- From MyStandard>>List of Backups
or from Standard ERP:
- System >> Settings >> Remote Backups
