What is the procedure for stopping and starting customer systems if My Standard is down or unresponsive?

There has to be a fallback as you cannot guarantee that My Standard will be up 100% of the time.

You can set the service to the manual startup and restart the server. If you need to do an export-import you can do an export then kill the server's exe. Yesterday faced with that: cloundnode wasn't running, but the server was running. After starting cloudnode and waiting for 5 minutes mystandard still didn't show that the cloudnode is running. I had to kill the server. Everything has happened on Windows.
