failed mark text-backup as complete

At night the client's server (on premises, Windows) was doing a backup and the server was not started in the morning.CLient had to restart the server via Mystandard. As far as I understand the server decided to restart in the middle of the backup process or am I wrong? Why this could happen?:

Hi Aldevinas,

The first thing to know is if the backup was created correctly, I am not very sure why the "failed" message, but that could be the reason why the server tried to do the export again and as it was not successful it just stopped.

When you restarted it via MyStandard, did you receive any similar message in the log or it started properly?
