Global user unable to access companies listed

Hi,

One of our clients have a Global user setup in two companies, in one of the companies they can login without any issues, but when attempting to login to the other company, Hansa give message "E-mail validation required"


The setup seems fine, the email is validated, Signature ID correct on Person/Global records.

Had anyone else had this problem before?

Yes, the second company is listed on the Global user company for that user.

Hello,
So far none has reported this behaviour which looks as a bug actually.
I haven't been able to repeat it on a test db, but if did instead, please report the bug attaching a sample data.

Is this user also set up as a Person in the second company?

Are Global Users enabled in System > Settings > Optional Features?
