Hello Sanjay,

8.5 what version exactly?
Just asking as some 8.5 I´ve seen have more cut-offs than normal. And when the client cut-offs and if you don't have the reconnect option on as automatic, this can happen.
One other occurrence is with concurrent users. The main thing here is that the network between server and client might not be stable, or it can be but the client interprets it as not

Hi Bror-Erik

The version is Standard ERP 8.5 2019-06-12 (85310413).

I believe the client should simply just reconnect if there is a network disconnect. Ideally I would like to know if this is a known issue and will be fixed or if more investigation is required.

Hey Sanjay! We currently do not have a known issue as the one you've mentioned. Ideally, the client should auto reconnect to the server if the setting is to auto reconnect. There are many variations to consider regarding disconnects so its difficult to pinpoint exactly what might be causing yours. Can you please submit a bug report through partner portal with a backup using Sample data that we can repeat this issue?

/Omar
