Attaching Records using the paper clip

Hi,

Our customer has some clients who are intermittently not able to link records to each other by dragging and dropping the paperclip icon from one record to another.

If they try at a later time, they are able to. I just saw this. Also, another user on another machine was able to with the same records are the same time.

Seems to be a client issue. Is this a known issue?

Hi Sanjay

I haven't been able to find bugs logged that refer to the exact behaviour you describe. We do know of an issue linking emails to activities and an issue attaching to shared registers.

Do you know if this is affecting specific records, or does it affect multiple records but only intermittently?
