Telephony>>Wrong information in CC for incoming calls

I'm using SERP connected to FreePBX, with a Voipfone SIP trunk. When an incoming call event happens, Communication Centre is not showing useful information in the From and To columns. The From column shows voipfone instead of the calling number, and the To column simply shows "s". In Bria, the calling number is shown correctly. Is this something to do with the connection to FreePBX or is there another reason?

Hi Paul,
The ā€œsā€ extension is used when there is no known called number in the context used.
The ā€œsā€ extension is used when starting a call.
Incoming calls are always placed in a context in the dialplan, either one you specify in the channel configuration file, or the default context.
If no other match exist for the call within the context, the s extension is activated.
