setting up outgoing emails only

How to setup the system for sending emails only (no incoming emails needed).
Is it enough to set up smtp server only (I guess it is enough as manual says that)?
I have set up smtp and I have in the log:

SMTP failed with code 421: Network error sending: QUIT
2021-02-05 11:16:18 (-1) /THREAD(4) unknown EHLO response: vapsva
2021-02-05 11:16:18 (-1) /THREAD(4) SMTP connected
2021-02-05 11:16:18 (-1) /THREAD(4) SMTP connecting to vapsva.serveriai.lt:465
2021-02-05 11:16:17 (1) SYSTEM Sending Email from

When I click operactions>>send email in my mailbox, that message is not put into the email queue (Email and conferences mpdule).
Older emails which are in the queue are succesfully sent from the queue, when I change the status to "Queued".
What to do to put emails in the queue?

Hi, did you tick the setting Block and sent mails automaticaly inb email and conference module >> setting >> emial setting ?

Actually, figured out, that, Email and conferences>>settings>>mail and conference settings>>Lock and Send emails automatically should be OFF to be able to send emails via operations>>send email.
