Instalment payment terms on sales invoices

I have created a new payment term and specified
Type=Next Month
net Days=1
Installment=5
where Installment record consists of 5 lines with
Months=1
Type=Due Date
Value/Prc=20,00%

I assigned that payment term to the invoice where

Invoice Date=2021-03-18 and calculated
Due date=2021-09-01

Which I guess means, that Invoice has to be paid until 2021-09-01 which I expected.
But if I run Receip forecast report I can see first Pay Dates and Sums are:
2021-10-02 1 210,00
2021-11-02 1 210,00
2021-12-02 1 210,00
2022-01-02 1 210,00
2022-02-02 1 210,00
2022-02-03 0,00
2022-02-04 0,00

Which is does not match the due date of the invoice.
Is this a bug in the receipts forecast?
