is there a way to rebuild it?

One of our clients also has. Somehow they managed to get duplicate indices (shows everytime during TB import)

As per discussed over Skype and Emails that there is no bug, And the customer did something wrong with the export/import functions. we will solve this issue through direct contact with you Ibrahim,
