is DEFAULT.TXT being imported on every startup

I noticed in the hansa.log, that it looks like default.txt is being imported on every start of the server. Am I right?
Hmm, I checked, e.g., Weeks setting has not changed during restart.

Hi Aldevinas,

Can you please repot a bug, because according to development department it should not import default.txt on everyt startup.

Maybe this message is "fake", because I made a test by removing some rows from Weeks setting, then restarted and Weeks setting has not changed.
