Hi,

My customer had a clients get this message and disconnect at the exact same time, 11 a.m. The message was "SendM4Message server socket invalid or closed". What does this message mean?

Hi Sanjay,

Can you please provide the below:
-Is it happening on Windows or Mac?
-Which version is the customer using?

-can you please provide the logs for the client and the server
-Does the system crashes after that messages appear?

Maybe you run some maintenance at this time. I have just seen this after starting rebuild stock maintenance.

No still don't know what this error message means. Would be good to know.

Our client is having this message when running Transaction rows export. Does this mean some network problem (overload)?
