Hi

We are seeing the following message in the logs.

/THREAD(4) GetDSData http request failed with http status 0


Please could you let us know what this refers to?

This is calling downloadinfo.hansaworld.com and its attempting to get information about the machine its running on (public IP & country). In some cases used for download sessions.
