Attaching files causes hanging

Hello,

I have a customer facing a problem when attaching an external file (pdf for example) to any record in SERP, the system hands on server and all other clients, the file size is few MBs, is there anyway to improve the performance and sort this issue?

Hello,

optional features >> performance

check the forms in threads

pararell report on multi

report slots (can be empty)
internet threads 30

http threads 30

and save and restart server

hopefully this one helps
