I have seen this a few times.
On the Client, I rename the HDB file that connects to the server and import the TB to do local testing.

Then I get an error saying : "HAL call stack dumped Error, see log file"

Maybe you do not have the same set of hobs on the client and on the server?

I've had this a few times after version update, with auto updated client
solution - delete this client folder, and download the correct version and build installer from standardinstall.com and install new client and will work
