Textbackup Not Importing Successfully

Hi,

We have a client whose text backup is not importing successfully. We have tried both on their current version and the latest version 2022-02-08.with and without halcust as they have customisations.

No error on the log. import runs until almost completion and then stops.

The service starts with no Port defined. Below, please find the log.

No. we were advised to check on system memory. after upgrading, we managed to successfully import.

Hi, No changes should have been made that would increase client's HDB file. Please try to delete HANSA.HDB from client folder and reconnect to server and check if it will grow to 30MB again. ...
