Initiating a call from SERP using Teams

Hi,

Is there a way to initiate a call from Standard ERP when pressing the Call button (or create a new button), that would use Teams to initiate a phone call.

Looking for someone who has done this before using the MS Graph APIs.

Hello,

This is not a standard feature in Standard ERP. It might be doable with HAL using push button and Real Time Interfacing webcall to the appropriate api.

Burti might have done some developments with similar functionality. Please try to contact them directly.
