SERP hangs and gives failed to delete hob\cleng.hob.downloading error

Hello,

After downloading the latest version of SERP V85553040 Country: Kenya and installing when trying to open the application it hangs and remains in a loop, on checking the log file it shows as below:

Hi,

I got it to work (DIY) by installing the UK Version and copying the cleng.hob and sueng.hob files to the hob folder for the Kenyan Version.

Hello, it might have been that the download server was busy, or something else, at that time. Good that you had a workaround
