Mailboxes Registered 2

HI,

I have 12 Named Users. Created 12 users with mailboxes. my client wanted to change the USER ID so I deleted all users and recreated them but now it stops me creating more than 5 mailboxes.

THe sixth user is getting "More mailboxes than allowed".


If I try getting my enabler it comes successfully but tells me "Mailboxes Registered 2".


Can anyone help me with fixing this.

Time sensitive as this is a new install that went live today.

Thanks. Note the enabler was working fine until I tried to delete all users and mailboxes and started over.

Steps taken:
1) Deleted old user and recreated new user, one at a time
2) Deleted all mail boxes but the ones I could reuse them.
3) Tried to associate the mailboxes but got stopped after attaching 5 to the new users.
4) Tried deleting all other mailboxes and using create mail box option.
5) Same error - to many mailboxes.
6) Tried getting enabler again thinking it was an issue.

7) Came back with proper contract but still got the same error.
8) Tried setting Extra Mailboxes from 1 (correct for contract) to 13.

The system then allowed me to set up the 12 mailboxes I needed with going into Restricted mode.

I left it as is till a resolution/solution is determined.

Yes.

Client now only has 12 mailboxes so I am guessing the system is not detecting an issue has it has 12 named users.

I really do not understand this one.

Hi Wayne,

If your customer would like to change their Standard ID, they should be able to do this by following this path on their client from the Navigation Centre:

- Switch Module >>System>> Registers >> Persons

- Select the Person card and then change standard ID field.


- If you delete all of the users, you must delete all mailboxes as well, including the ones you can reuse. This should solve your issue.

Hi, No changes should have been made that would increase client's HDB file. Please try to delete HANSA.HDB from client folder and reconnect to server and check if it will grow to 30MB again. ...
