Hi Wayne,
If your customer would like to change their Standard ID, they should be able to do this by following this path on their client from the Navigation Centre:
- Switch Module >>System>> Registers >> Persons
- Select the Person card and then change standard ID field.
- If you delete all of the users, you must delete all mailboxes as well, including the ones you can reuse. This should solve your issue.
