Hi

We have a customer that is using the webshop. Unfortunately, their customers are periodically getting this error message when attempting to login

File not found. WebUpdatingAction.hal

This is intermittent and cannot be replicated.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Sanjay,

You would need to have somebody investigate their system. They should update to latest version, it may be a fixed bug.
From the problem description, it seems that the error message is of lower relevance, as it happens intermittently.
Number one thing to attempt is to see if it happens in the latest version released.

We had this problem. It is over come by ticking "Updating Web calls while running reports " in the unsupported tab in Optional Features.

Anyone knows what this setting is doing, and what the risks are, since it´s unsupported?
