SalutationX fields on documents

I can see that SalutationX (X=1..3) fields are not used (pasted from the list) in the Quotations (QTVc.CustContact field). Why is that? In languages (Lithuanian, Russian...) which change word endings it we should use a different case if we want to be grammatically correct and polite in the quotation.

Hello,

F_SalutationXXX is used in Customer Labels, Invoices and Customer Letters. When you design the form for Customer Letters, you put in a field for Salutation 1, 2 or 3, depending on how formal the letter will be. It has nothing to do with grammar, it is to do with how formal or friendly you want to be. Salutation is found in contact record>>comments card.
