Printing images appear corrupted when they are over a certain filesize

We are having issues with a label printer in SERP 8.4.

The item label has 2 images, one from the items register and one static on the image. When we tried printing with images that were 250kb each the label printed OK except the images themselves printed as a bunch of vertical colored lines. When resizing them down to around 20kb each, the images work, though much quality is lost and is therefore undesirable.

Printing the labels using a Lexmark printer worked fine with the larger graphic files. Printing to the label printer with the larger images worked fine with the customer's existing MS Access application.

I was just wondering if anyone has seen similar behaviour before.

Thanks.

Hello,

it looks like a bug or dependent on your label printer.

We will try to test. What model of label printer do you use?

Hansaworld support.

The printer is a VIP700 by VIPColor.
